Brazilian Cheese Bread

Princess 1 loves to help out (especially if cheese is involved).

I baked these at 375 instead, and since I didn’t have enough tapioca flour, I added rice flour. Also, I used a mixture of cheeses instead of sticking to one kind, because I’m exciting like that. This created a chewier texture, which both babies loved for sure.

After the cheese breads were propped up inside their muffin slots, Princess 1 goes “Oh look! They’re watching a movie!” And I go, “Huh? Where?” And she pointed to the side of the muffin slot where the cheese breads were facing. (Thus my picture of the computer screens inserted).

Imagination is a beautiful thing.
